What if the gift is not right?
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, also if you chose a letter or month. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned with the seal unbroken. See returns. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and you get a new piece or your money back.
