1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order in the Charmhabit online store. Mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live always continue to apply.

3. Ordering

Before ordering, read the product description, the price and the delivery time. Check your choice, such as the letter, month, colour or length, before you check out. After your order you will receive a confirmation by email. The contract is concluded at the moment of that confirmation.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT or GST where applicable. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown in our shipping policy and at checkout; above the free shipping threshold for your country, shipping is free. You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods offered. You see the total amount before you place your order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery takes 5–12 business days; see our shipping policy. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge.

6. Withdrawal, returns and complaints

How to use your right of withdrawal and which exceptions apply is set out in our return policy. Do you have a complaint? Email us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem.

7. Warranty

You are entitled to jewellery that matches its description and that you can use normally. Wear from normal use, contact with water, perfume or chemicals, or careless use is not covered. Follow the care instructions for the product.

8. Privacy

You can read how we handle your personal data in our privacy policy.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
