Change or cancel an order

Change or cancel: until your order has shipped

1. Email charmhabit.com@gmail.com no later than the day you order. The sooner the better.
2. Include your order number and what you want to change: the address, an item, or the chosen letter, month, color or length. Or let us know that you want to cancel.
3. You will receive a confirmation by email. Only then has your change or cancellation been processed. If you cancel, we refund the full amount.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you can return your piece within 14 days of receipt.

Your order has already shipped

You can return all our jewelry within 14 days of receipt. You don’t need an account or our permission. See the steps on our Returns page or in our return policy.
