Fine jewellery with a personal touch

Charmhabit is a small online shop for fine jewellery: necklaces, bracelets and earrings with an initial, birth flower, pearl or zirconia. Lovely to wear yourself and lovely to give.

Why? A small piece of jewellery can mean a lot: for your mother, your friend or for yourself. It should not be expensive or complicated. That is why we choose jewellery at an honest price and tell you clearly what you get.

How we work

  • Honest about materials. Every item lists its material. Most of our jewellery is stainless steel with a gold-, silver- or rose-gold-coloured finish, sometimes with freshwater pearls or zirconia. That is not solid gold or silver, and we say so.
  • Honest about delivery. Your order is shipped directly from abroad, without intermediate storage with us. That keeps our prices fair, but it means a delivery time of usually 7 to 15 working days. You see this before you order, and you receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
  • Fixed letters and months. You choose a letter or birth month from our fixed range. We do not engrave custom texts or names.

What you can expect from us

  • An answer to your email within 2 working days.
  • A 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. The steps are on the Returns page.
  • Damaged or wrong item? You choose a free replacement or your money back. No need to send it back.
  • Parcel not arriving? We look into it and send it again free of charge, or refund you.
