Delivery time

  • All our jewellery (initial, birth flower, heart and pearl necklaces, bracelets and earrings): usually 7 to 15 business days.
  • To Australia, the United States and Canada: usually 8 to 18 business days.

Shipping your order. Order on a working day before 11 pm CET and your order is shipped the next working day. Ordered later or at the weekend? One working day later.

Why does it take a little longer? Your order is shipped to you directly from abroad, with no intermediate storage on our side. That keeps our prices fair. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel. It can take a little while before the first tracking update appears.

Import charges

Your jewellery is shipped to you directly from abroad. Our prices include VAT or GST where applicable. Depending on the destination country, customs or the carrier may charge import fees on delivery. If in doubt, contact us before you order.

Not received?

Has your parcel still not arrived 10 business days after the stated delivery time? Email your order number to charmhabit.com@gmail.com. We will check the tracking and send your jewellery again free of charge, or refund you. Read more in our return policy.
